I had high hopes for this hotel, given its charming location surrounded by nature. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by cleanliness issues in the rooms and facilities. The pool area was nice, but the service there was lacking. On a positive note, the half-board dining option had a good variety of food, and the staff in the restaurant were much more attentive compared to the pool area.
